Information We Collect.
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information is information which that may be used to identify a particular individual. Our lenders will collect such information when you complete one or more stages of an application form to apply for a loan from a lender participating in our lender network ("Participating Lenders"). We may also collect it when you send us communications via email or call us with a question. The types of personally identifiable information we collect include: name, physical address, telephone number or mobile number, social security number, email address, date of birth, driver's license number, home ownership, employment information, salary, military status and frequency of pay checks.
Collection of 3rd Party Personally Identifiable Information. You may also provide personal information about other people, such as their name and phone number. This information is only used for the sole purpose of completing your request or for whatever reason it may have been provided.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that may or may not be unique to you in the sense that it refers to selected population characteristics. This type of information includes the areas of our website that you visit, what services you access, and information about your computer hardware and software, including your IP address, geographic location, browser preference, operating system type, domain names, times that you access the internet, and other websites you have visited.
No Information Collected from Children. We will never knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from its database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties.
No sensitive health information is collected. We do not collect information about past, present or potential future medical conditions or Treatments.

How We Use Information Collected.
Collection and Use of Bank Account Information
If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process.
Disclosure of Information to Others.
We share your personally-identifiable information, including all information on your registration, with participating lenders in our network and other third party lenders or networks with whom we have a business relationship. In addition, we share your personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third party marketers and list managers with whom we have a business relationship. We also share your personally identifiable information with vendors who assist us in verifying your identity.
Finally, we may disclose and transfer your information to a third party who acquires any or all of our business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets. In the event we become the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, we or our liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license or otherwise dispose of, such information in a transaction approved by the court.
